We organise social and recreational activities for elderly people in the community and providing them with the opportunity to socialize with others. The service also promotes the well-being and mutual support of elderly people by helping them make constructive use of their leisure time, build social networks.
Target group
Elders aged 60 or above and living in Yuen Long.
Scope of service
Elder Academy Courses for the elderly will be arranged to promote life-long learning and encourage elders to make the best use of their time through acquiring new knowledge and learning new skills.
Social and Development Service Indoor and outdoor activities are arranged to meet the recreational, social, or educational or developmental needs of elderly people.
Volunteer Service Volunteer trainings will be arranged to build up a caring community, we also promote Elderly involvement in the community service enhancing their sense of social belongings
Service Entry and Exit
Application can be made in person at our center with an identity card, two recent photos and membership fee. Service exit can also be made in person during our office hours.
